Impact Privacy Achieves Business All-Star Accreditation

The All-Ireland Business Foundation has honoured Impact Privacy with a Business All-Star Accreditation.

Business All-Star accredited companies are defined as: progressive Irish businesses which meet the highest standards of verified performance, trust and customer-centricity.

This is an independently verified standard mark for businesses based on rigorous selection criteria. The Accreditation is overseen by the prestigious All-Ireland Business Foundation, whose adjudication panel is chaired by Dr Briga Hynes of the Kemmy Business School at the University of Limerick and Kieran Ring, CEO of the Global Institute of Logistics.

The team at Impact Privacy have a singular aim to be the best at what we do for the benefit of our clients, so we are genuinely grateful to have achieved this recognition from our most important audience. From the outset, we made a commitment to bring real, long-term value to our clients. By delivering on this through what we do, how we do it and a singular focus on our clients’ needs, we have been able to significantly grow our business and our reach”, says Léon Atkins, CEO of Impact Privacy.

He adds, “Today, we service clients ranging from well-known plc’s to start-up businesses, with almost half of our business being done in North America, and a growing percentage in the UK. The foundation of this success is our clients, so this recognition is an important stepping-stone in our ongoing, client focused journey.”

Launched in late 2019, Impact Privacy provides its clients with “compliance as an outcome” for their privacy obligations. With a unique focus on SMEs across Europe and North America, they specialise in supporting clients in the healthcare sector, or those with complex privacy requirements. Through a range of services, and particularly its outsourcing solution, Impact Privacy comprehensively manages privacy risk on behalf of clients, allowing them to meet stakeholder expectations effectively and efficiently.

Impact Privacy’s core proposition is to add value to its clients immediately. Its ability to do this comes from its positioning as a solutions provider – aiming to proactively solve problems whilst allowing clients to do what they do best. Critically, no-one in Impact Privacy’s team is a consultant; the team have all spent their careers in industry sitting in the seats of their clients.

This allows Impact Privacy to understand what its clients want, whilst being empathetic to the privacy challenges they face. A range of complementary, multi-disciplinary skill sets within the team also means Impact Privacy brings a range of perspectives to any mandate, ensuring it delivers the most effective solutions for clients.

The All-Ireland Business Foundation is a national body which accredits best-in-class Irish businesses as Business All-Stars. The accreditation process includes a comprehensive evaluation of a company’s background, trustworthiness and performance, and conversations with customers, employees and vendors. The business goes through at least two interviews and is scored on every part of the process against set metrics”.
